There is nothing in not offering prayer at the beginning of its time in case of necessity.

Question: What is the legal ruling of delaying prayer because of extreme fatigue? Answer: All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, the Beneficent, the Merciful, the Master of the Day of Judgment. It should be noted that, it is not permissible to delay prayer beyond its time when it is due, Almighty Allah says,

Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a decree of specified times. (An-Nisaa’ 4:103)

Answering this question, Sheikh Ahmad Al-Hijji Al-Kurdi, an expert in the Encyclopedia of Jurisprudence and a member of the Kuwaiti Ifta department of the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, states: There is nothing in not offering prayer at the beginning of its time in case of necessity on condition that its time does not elapse. In such case, prayer is offered as qada’, and this is not permissible except in necessity. This is based on the above verse. In case of `Asr (Afternoon) Prayer, it is reprehensible to delay it until the time of yellowness of the sun. There is nothing in delaying the rest of prayers beyond its proper time, but it is better and recommended to hasten in offering it. In short, delaying prayer beyond its time is not permissible and whoever does so must offer it as qada’ and ask for Allah’s forgiveness. ______________________ Source: Islamic-Fatwa.com.Soucre Link
