For example, it was narrated from `Abdur-Rahman ibn Abu Sa`id that his father said: \u201cThe Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: \u2018When anyone of you performs prayer, let him pray facing towards a <em>Sutrah<\/em>, and let him get close to it, and not let anyone pass in front of him. If someone comes and wants to pass in front of him, let him fight him, for he is a <em>Shaitan<\/em> (Satan).\u2019\u201d (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.the-faith.com\/islamic-history\/ibn-majah-great-memorizer-hadith\/\">Ibn Majah<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>In\u00a0 another hadith, Abu Juhaim narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: \u201cIf anyone who passes in front of a man who is praying knew the responsibility he incurs, he would stand still forty (years) rather than to pass in front of him\u201d, Abu Nadr said: I do not know whether he said forty days or months or years.
