\"11<\/a>Muslims believe that whatever befalls them is from God and they accept it believing that God<\/a> will reward them for facing difficulties with patience and contentment. We read in the Quran<\/a>:<\/p>\n
Say, “Never will we be struck except by what Allah has decreed for us; He is our protector.” And upon Allah let the believers rely.<\/strong> (At-Tawbah 9:51<\/a>)<\/p>\n
After the outbreak of Coronavirus best known as (COVID 19), Health World Organization<\/a> (WHO) declared a state of emergency.<\/p>\n
In order to avoid being infected with Coronavirus, we offer you some healthy tips.<\/p>\n
1-<\/strong><\/span> Wash your both hands thoroughly and frequently for 10-15 seconds.<\/p>\n
Fortunately, Muslims are ordered to perform wudu five times a day before offering the obligatory prayers. The parts that should be washed are the hands, the mouth, the nose, the face, and the feet.<\/p>\n
2-<\/strong><\/span> Don’t touch your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.<\/p>\n
3-<\/strong> <\/span>Don’t get into contact with infected people.<\/p>\n
4-<\/strong><\/span> If a state of emergency is declared, you have to follow the regulations.<\/p>\n
5-<\/strong><\/span> If congregational and Friday prayers are suspended, you have to abide by the regulations.<\/p>\n
6-<\/strong><\/span> Don’t leave homes. If you feel sick, get proper medical treatment. Don’t go out until you are fully recovered.<\/p>\n
7-<\/strong><\/span> When you cough or sneeze, you have to cover it with a tissue.<\/p>\n
8-<\/strong><\/span> Wear a facemask if you are sick.<\/p>\n
9-<\/strong><\/span> Practice social distancing. Don’t shake hands or hug others. When you meet others, just offer the official greeting of salam<\/em>.<\/p>\n
10-<\/strong><\/span> Stay informed and follow advice given by your healthcare provider.<\/p>\n
11-<\/strong><\/span> Reduce the spread of the coronavirus. If you are an employee, work from home if it is possible. Kids may not go to school and practice e-learning.<\/p>\n
