Almighty Allah says on the tongue of Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him): <strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;padding-right: 30px\"><strong>O My Lord make this a peaceful city\u2026<\/strong> (Al-Baqarah 2: 126)<\/p>\n<p>In another verse, Allah says, <strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;padding-right: 30px\"><strong>O My Lord make this city peaceful\u2026 <\/strong>(Ibrahim 14: 35)<\/p>\n<p>At first glance, one my think that there is no difference between the two verses, and that the meaning is the same, but the first <em>du`aa\u2019 <\/em>(supplication) was made before Makkah became a city.
