If your answer to any of these questions is “yes”\u2014and for most of us, it’s probably a resounding yes\u2014then what is the solution? How do we deal with moments like these?<\/p>\n

The answer is actually simple. In fact, it’s a one-word solution: Salah<\/strong> (ritual prayer).<\/p>\n

The fastest, most effective way to experience khushu\u2018 is very straightforward: Understand what you say in Salah.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, that simple. Comprehending the words of the Salah turns a ritual into a real experience<\/strong>\u2014one filled with meaning, connection, and transformation.<\/p>\n

Let me give you just one example: Surah Al-Fatihah<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s a hadith qudsi where Allah responds to each verse of Al-Fatihah when it is recited with understanding, sincerity, and devotion. Every verse we read becomes a personal dialogue with Allah<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
